About
Bianca M. Moreno is the newest associate attorney at Chung & Ignacio, LLP. Mrs. Moreno began her career focusing primarily on immigration law. She has represented a multitude of clients from around the world in cases before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration Court, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. At her previous firm, Attorney Moreno expanded her practice field to now include family law and criminal defense.
Attorney Moreno attended UC Berkeley and majored in Legal Studies. She subsequently attended Loyola Law School for her juris doctorate degree. Mrs. Moreno always had a passion for helping the underprivileged community based on her upbringing. She was raised by a single mother who worked tirelessly to provide and has first-hand experience in seeing how the justice system affects an entire family. These incidents gave Mrs. Moreno the drive to become an attorney and help not only her clients, but their families as well, because she resonates with their experiences.
In law school, Attorney Moreno interned at various organizations that allowed her to experience various fields of law. One of those organizations was KIND (Kids In Need of Defense) wherein she assisted in the pro-bono representation of minors in immigration proceedings. She also interned with the Federal Public Defender's Office assisting in the appeals for death row inmates. Mrs. Moreno credits these experiences for helping develop the legal skills she utilizes in her representation today.
Bianca Moreno brings with her not only her experience in family law and immigration law, but her dedication to providing zealous legal representation and excellent client interactions. She and her husband, Nick, are the proud parents of three and in her spare time you can catch her at the local sports fields, either coaching or cheering from the sidelines.
